Service Agreement: The Labiaplasty Course PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE By completing this purchase, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions governing your enrollment in The Labiaplasty Course (“Course”), provided by International Society of Cosmetogynecology, LLC, dba ISCG (“Provider”). 1. Non-Refundable, Non-Cancellable Purchase All purchases are final. Due to the exclusive nature of this Course and instant access to proprietary content, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted after enrollment. No chargebacks: By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your credit card provider or bank for any reason. Attempting to do so is a breach of this agreement and may result in legal action and permanent ban from future ISCG programs. 2. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions All course materials, videos, content, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of International Society of Cosmetogynecology, LLC, dba ISCG. You may not: a) Share, reproduce, distribute, or sell any course materials; b) Record or broadcast course content without written permission; c) Use the material for training others, except as personally authorized by the Provider. 3. Access & Participation Enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access to the course and updates as described on the checkout page. Abuse, unauthorized sharing, or violations of this agreement may result in immediate termination of access without refund. 4. Professional Responsibility The Course is for licensed medical professionals only. You are responsible for complying with all local laws, regulations, and standards of care in your jurisdiction. The Provider is not responsible for how you apply the information in clinical practice. Clinical decisions remain solely your responsibility. 5. Waiver & Limitation of Liability The Course is for educational purposes only. The Provider makes no warranties as to specific outcomes, and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from your participation or application of course content. 6. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Jersey. 7. Agreement & Acknowledgement By checking the box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
